Room Hire Enquiries

Our fantastic function room which holds 120 people is available FREE for adult parties to celebrate special events, although we ask for a refundable £100 to cover any breakages or special cleaning.

It is also a great venue for Children’s birthday parties where we charge a non-refundable £75.

You can arrange your own catering, band or disco and can connect your own device to our sound system.

Booking Rules: The Event holder MUST be a club member. If that member has less than 6 months’ membership, they must be sponsored by a member with at least 12 months membership.

Firstly, you should check your preferred date is available by using the Function Room calendar facility on this page (below left). Simply use the drop-down facility to go to the month and check if your preferred date is available. Then complete your details, including your email address and any specific details of your event (birthday, engagement etc and expected numbers) and press submit.
